$30.00 per persomn
3. How much is the security deposit?
$399.00 for a 1 bedroom and $499.00 for a 2 bedroom
4. What are your lease terms?
We offer 12 month and month to month leases. Please call for more lease terms
5. What about parking?
You are assigned one covered parking space and all open parking is first come first serve. Shadow Oaks also has a limited number of additional spaces that can be leased.
6. What amenities do you offer?
We have a swimming pool, fitness center, & clubhouse for your pleasure. We also, offer fax, copier, and computer/internet use as well.
7. What utilities are residents responsible for?
Residents are responsible Electricity, telephone, cable, internet, water, sewer, & refuse. The water, sewer, & refuse are billed together at $35.00 for one resident and $55.00 for two or more residents.
8. How many laundry rooms are there?
There are four laundry rooms conveniently located throughout the community. The laundry machines use Smar Cards so you do not need to hassle with quarters.

10. How do I request repairs?
We have service team members working 6 days and week, and an after hours emergency pager to ensure that your comfort. The staff will be happy to take your request in person, over the phone, or through this website.
11. Do you have security?
Shadow Oaks offers a courtesy patrol service that does come through our community 4 times per night, and can be called out to Shadow Oaks when needed.
12. How far away is public transportation?
One block as the main bus route is located right on Stevens Creek Blvd
13. Can I rent the clubhouse.
